All course fees are non-refundable.

To reschedule a multi-week course, we ask for at least two weeks' notice, regardless of when you made the booking.

Refunds or partial refunds are not available for missed classes.

Make-up classes are not available for 4-week courses, and specialty workshops 

For 8-week courses, we will make every effort to accommodate one make-up class if the schedule allows, but you must notify us at least 1 week in advance to be eligible. Please note that make-up classes are not guaranteed, and it is especially important not to miss the last two weeks of the session, as we won’t be able to provide a make-up class during that time. If you miss the trimming or glazing week, your instructor will take care of it for you.

Please note that we do not offer make-up classes for missed make-ups.

Make-up classes cannot be transferred to future sessions.
